Meet the Team

Joycelyn is Founder and Chief Product Officer driving the strategic vision and product innovation at TULONG TECHNOLOGIES.  A graduate of the University of Alberta (BA Honors), and York University (MA Communications & Culture), she lives in Toronto, Ontario with her family.

Before embracing entrepreneurship in 2019, Joycelyn was Global Head of Customer Go-to-Market Strategy for Western Union where she led the company's fastest growing digital business unit. She negotiated strategic marketing partnerships with brands such as Scotiabank, Wal-Mart, Enstream, Zoompass and Vouchr, helping to create innovative and customer centric experiences. In her work as a marketing agency leader, Joycelyn has worked with an impressive roster of clients including BMO Financial, Canon, DIAGEO Canada, SMDC, Trend Micro, and Align Technology. 

 With a marketing background that spans almost 20 years at global organizations Joycelyn is the ultimate big-picture thinker who brings a uniquely positive, anything’s-possible approach to every new strategic ask. In 2022, Joycelyn received the prestigious "Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World" Award™ (Global FWN100™) from the Foundation for Filipina Women's Network.  Joycelyn landed her award in the Innovators and Thought Leaders category, which recognizes women who have broken new ground in the marketplace, have delivered new and unique applications of emerging technology transforming the way people think.
